淋巴细胞分离液 (LSM) 可用于在体外从稀释的全血中进行淋巴细胞的分离。其分离原理为密度梯度离心,利用全血中不同细胞类型比重的差异通过离心完成细胞的分离 (图1)。康宁 cellgro®淋巴分离液是一种无菌的等渗聚蔗糖和泛影酸钠溶液,粘度低,在20℃下密度为1.077-1.080g/mL。
